All recruits at Intelenet undergo an intensive training program, where along with our core values, soft-skills training and relevant process knowledge is imparted. Apart from this, refresher programs are also conducted on a regular basis.

Intelenet has developed in-house customised training modules for culture sensitisation, voice & accent training and client specific back office training. We also use customized training modules on finance & accounting, insurance and banking domains to equip employees with in-depth knowledge of the different verticals that they would eventually service.

Due emphasis is also given to continuous training programs so that employees are fully trained and effective at all times. Intelenet also conducts programs like STEP (Strive Towards Excellence Program) and LEAD (Leadership Excellence Accreditation & Development ) to help associates and Team Leaders in their career advancement.

We also help people evolve into better professionals by not only training them on industry standard and client specific programs but also by encouraging them to get a business management certification. This program is run by one of Mumbai's premier management institutes at Intelenet's campuses.
