Intelenet believes in grooming people from within for leadership roles. We incorporate growth path for all employees supported by programmes that not only identify potential but grrom people to take on leadership roles at the next level such as :
- STEP – Strive Towards Excellence Program (For agent to team leader (TL) promotions)
- LEAD – Leadership Excellence Accreditation & Development (For TL to team manager ™ promotions)
Approximately 80% to 90% of our promotions to middle management (e.g. team leaders and team managers) happen through Accelerated Career Growth Programme specially designed to help employees move to the next level.
