Training
At Intelenet, we hire for attitude and train for skills. All new recruits undergo an intensive training programme that encompasses soft skills training, Employee Growth Programs, Personality Development, Communication Skills etc as well as in – depth process training which ensures adaptation/alignment to the client and organizational requirements.

Intelenet has developed in – house customized training modules for culture sensitization, voice & accent training and client specific back office training. We also use customized training modules on finance & accounting, insurance and banking domains to equip employees with in – depth knowledge of the different verticals that they would eventually service.

In addition, On The Job Training, Continuous Training programs based on performance feedback from the Production and Quality Assurance teams is undertaken on a regular basis.
