- Site Outage – For outages at the location where operations are carried out, an alternate site within the city is activated.
- City Outage – For outages in the city where operations are located, an alternate site in a different city within the country is activated.

Our information security policy is designed to meet all BS 7799 standards (the most widely recognised information security standard in the world). The policy includes personnel, physical and environmental access control, and compliance.

The local area network is a logical extension of a client’s local area network. The current production infrastructure is therefore not exposed to vulnerable areas like the Internet.
