	Using the Peoplesoft ERP platform to recruit employees with the right profile, personality and fit. Intelenet currently has the capability to recruit 300 "Right Fit" agents per month.
	Using our in-house forecasting model to accurately predict staffing requirements.
	Carrying out rigorous online tests for recruitment. The tests are customized for voice, back office, technical support and finance and accounting processes.
	Utilizing an intensive training program -- which includes soft-skills and relevant process knowledge training - along with regular refresher programs.
	A "Train The Trainer" model by which Intelenet trainers are certified by client trainers to train new team members. This facilitates smooth mapping and documentation of processes and procedures.
