Management Team

Our executive management team is comprised of seasoned business professionals who have years of experience providing global BPO services. Not only have they built and operated diverse and highly complex business process outsourcing centres, but they also have the experience of building Intelenet from a local Indian firm with just 25 employees into an international provider of global BPO services with more than 32,000 employees in less than five years.

Susir Kumar

Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director

Susir Kumar has been the Chief Executive Officer of Intelenet Global Services since its inception in 11th October 2000. He has over 23 years of extensive experience.

Susir lives by his philosophy – ‘your personal brand is your professional identity and reputation. With more than 22 years of experience, Susir brings with him not just the expertise in setting up and managing several profitable group companies but also harbors a passion for people and technology.

A Company Secretary by qualification, Mr. Kumar’s earlier assignments included senior positions in India’s premier financial services company – HDFC Ltd. While atHDFC he was approached by Deepak Parekh Chairman of HDFC group with the idea of setting up a third party customer service delivery network.

What started as a vision in 2000, has fructified into a 32000 employee strong organization, operating across 35 state of the art centers globally. Susir has seen the company though various changes – change in ownership from TCS to HDFC and Barclays and Blackstone, aggressive foray into the domestic BPO business and acquisitions to expand global delivery footprint.

Prior to joining HDFC, Susir worked with Mangalore Refineries Private Ltd (MRPL) and helped the company ride through its public issue.

Susir is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and also a Masters degree in Philosophy (M.Phil). A Company Secretary by qualification, Kumar is an alumnus of SDM College of Business Management – Mangalore. He is also a recipient of the ICSI National Award for Excellence in Corporate Governance accorded for effective and appreciable efforts by the corporates in serving and increasing their stakeholder’s wealth and in serving their interests.

B. Chandramouli

Chief Operating Officer

Chandramouli has over 26 years of professional banking experience. At Intelenet his role entails establishing and managing the new banking operations and playing a significant role in growing the Banking and Insurance verticals in the Domestic and International line of business.

His previous assignments include three years at YES Bank, wherein he had been the Group Executive Vice President responsible for Business Processes and Quality Assurance, responsible for scientific implementation (using Six Sigma, 5s and ISO standards) of delivery processes of all backend operation such as Retail Trade Loan, Administration, Cash Management, Clearing, Treasury and related front end operation in Branches.

Prior to joining YES Bank, he spent 9 years in HDFC Bank wherein he was the Country Head Service Delivery and Business Processes. For a good part of his tenure, he was also Regional Business manager.

Prior to HDFC Bank, he worked in Bank of America for about 13 years where he held various positions in Operations and product Development.

Bhupender Singh

EVP,Strategy and M&A

Bhupender Singh manages Strategy, Planning and Corporate MI at Intelenet. Prior to Intelenet, Bhupender was the CEO of Travelport India Operations, which was acquired by Intelenet in 2007.

His prior assignments include Strategy and M & A for Cendant TDS in London where his remit encompassed a $2bn turnover business spanning 38 countries in Europe, Middle East and Asia – Pacific.

Bhupender was also part of the founding team for ICICI OneSource, a leading offshore BPO company with special focus on the UK market. Bhupender has also worked with two top – tier international strategy consulting firms, McKinsey & Company and Booz Allen & Hamilton, for over six years.

Bhupender is an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and a B – Tech from IIT Delhi. He was awarded gold medals at both IIT and IIM for his all round performances.

Gayatri Balaji

Chief Operating Officer – India Domestic BPO Operations

Gayatri’s proven expertise lies in the sales and delivery functions in the offshoring and outsourcing industry. At Intelenet, Gayatri is responsible for managing sales and operations for the company’s rapidly growing domestic BPO business in India.

She brings in with her over 15 years of experience in the field of sales and marketing and has held several senior executive roles with some of India’s best – known companies including Standard Chartered Bank and Citibank.

Gayatri’s strong leadership skills in setting up businesses and delivering results in highly competitive environments have earned her respect in her previous assignments.

In her last stint, she ran Clinical Data Management and Statistical Analysis at Tata Consultancy Services.

Gayatri holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics and a Management degree in Marketing.

Manuel D’souza

Chief Human Resource Officer

At Intelenet, Manuel is responsible for leading the human resource function, Infrastructure & Facilities Management and employee development and engagement for the organisation.

Manuel has successfully instituted leadership grooming initiatives, employee satisfaction and certifications such as PCMM level 3. All opf this has led to Intelenet beig recognized as ‘Best Employer’ by both Hewitt Associates in 2009 and Economic Times – Great Places to Work Survey for 2008 and 2009.

In his stint of 24 years, Manuel’s has worked in both HR and Finance functions across Manufacturing, Telecom and FMCG sector. Prior to joining Intelenet, Manuel managed the HR processes for the FMCG business unit of Wipro. While his 8 – year stint with Fibre Glass Blinkington, entailed managing the finance department of the organisation. This mix of Manuel’s profiles has brought in considerable expertise in manpower planning and cost budgeting.

Manuel has earned his Masters degree in Human Resource from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies. He also holds a Masters degree in Finance.

Prabhu Srinivasan

Chief Operating Officer

Prabhu has over 18 years of experience in the service and banking industry. He brings with him the significant expertise in financial planning and process management.

At Intelenet, Prabhu is responsible for running operations in India for International clients in Travel, Telecom, Retail, Healthcare etc. In addition, Prabhu is also responsible for collections and F&A Operations for International clients.

Prior to joining Intelenet, Prabhu has worked in organizations like KPMG, Standard Chartered Bank and GE.

He is an associate member of the Institute of the Chartered Accountants of India. He is also a quality practitioner with proficiency of a Master Black Belt in Six Sigma.

Radhika Balasubramanian

Chief Operating Officer – India Domestic BPO Operations

Radhika area of expertise lies in operations, service delivery and people management.

Radhika joined Intelenet as Chief Support Officer but soon took over as Chief Operating Officer – Sparsh, heading Intelenet’s foray into the domestic BPO business. She has been successful in realigning the existing operations by adapting to standard operating procedures from the international BPO operations into the domestic operations.

Prior to joining Intelenet, Radhika was at Bharti Airtel and BPL Mobile where she was instrumental in setting up the customer service delivery operations.

In her career spanning 22 years, Radhika has worked with various organisations like DHL Worldwide Express where she was a part of the core team in the DHL demerger process.

Radhika holds a Master’s degree in Marketing Management from NMIMS and has done her MA from Mumbai University

Rajendra Deshpande

Chief Technology Officer

With over 19 years of experience in the IT and ITeS industry, Rajendra has been instrumental in setting up the IT infrastructure at Intelenet. He brings with him a blend of expertise in both voice & technology platforms.

At Intelenet, Rajendra manages Technology, BCP/DR, Procurement and application development / digitisation across all group companies worldwide.

Prior to joining Intelenet, Rajendra worked in organisations like Bush Technology and Enkay. His pioneering initiatives and ability to impact the businesses in a positive way has won him many accolades in the industry.

He was recognised by the CIO 100 magazine for the two consecutive years in 2008 and 2009 and was awarded the prestigious “Business Innovator – Services” award by The CTO Forum in 2006

Rajendra holds an engineering degree in electronics and a management degree in information management. He is also a CISA and CISM certified professional.

Ramachandra Panickar

Chief Financial Officer

Ram has over 25 years of experience in the areas of Finance. He brings with him significant knowledge in financial planning, cost management and mergers and acquisitions. At Intelenet, Ram heads the Finance, Legal & Secretarial function across all group companies worldwide.

Prior to joining Intelenet, Ram has headed the finance functions for organisations like DHL & Datamatics.

Ram has a degree in Law & is a certified Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant.

Sandeep Aggarwal

EVP – Sales, Solution and Transition

Sandeep has more than 15 years of business development and marketing experience with multinational companies. Sandeep has been an integral part of the core team involved from the start up to the growth phase in his past assignments.

Sandeep began his career with blue – chip companies in the automotive industry, which include Premier Automobiles and Ford India. He was part of the team at Ford India that launched the Ford Ikon.

The BPO industry beckoned soon after and he moved to Customer Asset (which is now a part of ICICI OneSource) heading business development for two years before joining Intelenet Global Services.

With a career spanning 16 years, Sandeep has vast experience in e – commerce, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), brand management, ISO, SPC (Statistical Process Control) and Quality.

He is an Engineering graduate with Masters in Marketing Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Management Institute, Mumbai.

Sean Pereira

EVP – Operations

Sean comes with over 20 years of operations expertise in Customer Service across Banking, Hospitality and BPO’s where he managed large – scale operations of various multinationals.

He currently serves as a Relationship Executive at Intelenet. He is based in CA, USA and is one of the founders of the company’s BPO operations, having joined Intelenet Global Services since 2001. He has played significant roles in helping grow the company since joining in 2001.

Prior to joining Intelenet, Sean was an Operations Leader with WNS, where he was one of the founding members and played a significant role to grow the companies businesses as part of the senior management team.

He has managed various assignments in the area of business process improvements, and transition planning for large clients. Prior to that he has worked with Madison Hotels Pvt Ltd and HSBC.

Suresh Ramani

Chief Operating Officer

Suresh has more than 19 years of experience in customer service and business process management. At Intelenet, Suresh is responsible for Sales & Operations in North America and Mauritius and also heads the Healthcare vertical.

Suresh has been a pioneer in the BPO industry and his experience spans from setting up of GE’s captive center to setting up one of the first third – party service providers (Msource).

Prior to Intelenet, Suresh worked with organizations like Citibank, ANZ, GE, Msource.

Tina Stockdale

Chief Operating Officer

Tina has almost 23 years of work experience primarily in the domain of Customer Management Solutions. Tina in the role as Chief Operating Officer at Intelenet, manage operations in Philippines and also assist in overseas business development.
Prior to joining Intelenet,Tina was with Hong Kong Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC) where she held various portfolios across the years that she spent in the organization.

In her last role at HSBC as Head of Group Cards Centers of Excellence she was responsible for developing and implementing strategies to deliver operations excellence.

Tina’s achievements and reputation include accelerating innovation, process improvement management, and creating a work environment focused on attracting, developing and retaining the best people.

Umesh Vyas

Chief Process Officer

Umesh has over 20 years of experience in Strategy Formulation, Business Development, Alliance Management, Talent Development, and Operations. He has a deep understanding of Strategic, Operational, HR, and Quality issues in Captive and Third Party Business Processing units.

He also specializes in facilitating transformation through linking processes and their re – engineering to business objectives.
Wipro, Genpact, QAI, Holcim, and Punj Sons are some of the other organizations where Umesh has worked in his career.

As a COPC Lead Auditor & Six Sigma consultant he has worked with over 40 clients such as Accenture, Dell, Genpact, Wipro, Reliance Communication, SPI, Convergys, and ICICI to mention a few.

Umesh is a Bachelor in Technology in Chemical Engineering from IIT, Delhi.
