Social Responsiility
Introduction
Intelenet , as an organization has always been sensitive to social issues, and we try to inculcate in our employees a sense of responsibility pertaining to social issues both within the organization and towards society at large. This value has been reflected through numerous activities that have been undertaken both within the organization and externally during the past few years. Some of the projects that Intelenet Global Services has been actively involved in, include:-

Its a school which caters to the severely handicapped and autistic children. Intelenet sponsored some sports equipment which could groom the children to participate in the upcoming Special Olympics. In addition to this Intelenet visited the school four times along with volunteers to play with the kids and help them gain confidence in a particular sport.
S.P.J Sadhana School
Intelenet collected useful items for the Tsunami victims which was delivered to them through NMIMS (a reputed management college in Mumbai)
Tsunami Donation Drive
Intelenet had organised food for the flood victims in the vicinity of our office to help people affected by floods in Mumbai in 2005.
Flood Relief Program
Every year Intelenet volunteers to help Home for the Aged by organising for their annual sale which looks into revamping the donated items they get during the year.
Home for the Aged
On children’s day we organise games and other activities for the street children from Shelter at our office premises to give them a flavor of the corporate environment.
Shelter Don Bosco
Every Year on AIDS day we sell ribbons prepared by MDAC and give the collection amount to the society.
MDAC (Mumbai District AIDS Control Society)
We had greeting cards printed of the art work given by the children at Sheltor Bosco. The collection amount for the same was given to them.
Christmas Greeting Cards
We invite NGOs, at our office premises, to sell their artistic items and help them earn a living.
NGO Bazaar
We got a school building painted. This school deals with cerebral palsy children which empowers them to work and earn a living.
HAPPY Hours Workshop
A week’s program where our volunteers visit various Non Governmental Organizations (NGO’s) and spend quality time with them; organising various programs for them. Prior to the ICCP 2004 we had a donation drive where Intelenet Global Services collected truckload of household items and clothes which were distributed to the NGO on the visit.
