CCMA Excellence Awards 2010

Angela Mclachlan, Operations Manager for Intelenet UK Services, won the Call Centre Management Association Award for the Call Centre Manager of the Year (less than 100 seats). Angela displayed remarkable skills that of first class call centre manager, thereby demonstrating a positive attitude even under the most challenging circumstances.

CCMA is a professional association of Call Centre Managers and Supervisors, which aim to recognise outstanding performance by Call Centre Managers and Supervisors, who work towards making their organisations professional and at the front of the industry.

TMC- CRM Excellence Awards 2010,2009

Intelenet has been named as a recipient of a 2009 10th Annual CRM Excellence Award, basis the CRM Solution customised for a leading telecom client. The Award was based on hard data, facts and figures demonstrating the improvements that each company’s product has made in a client’s business.

TMC not only recognises excellence within the CRM industry, but also provide ways to market such an achievement.

IAOP Global Outsourcing 100 2010,2009

Intelenet has been selected in the Leaders category for The 2010 Global Outsourcing 100® service providers list for the second consecutive year. Last year, Intelenet earned 23rd position in the Leaders category of the 2009 Global Outsourcing 100 list, for striking a well-balanced performance.

Global Outsourcing 100, is an annual ranking of the world’s best outsourcing service providers and advisors, based on criteria of excellence in growth, customer experience, management capabilities and depth and breadth of competencies.

MVP Quality Awards 2009, 2008, 2007  

Intelenet bagged the silver award, in the Customer Interaction Solutions magazine’s 2009 17th MVP (Marketing Via Phone) Quality Awards, recently announced by Technology Marketing Corporation (TMC). This achievement comprehends the combined efforts and teamwork, contributed to Intelenet’s marketing via phone practices, being recognised within the forefront of the industry. In the erstwhile years of 2008 and 2007 Intelenet won the bronze award.

Customer Interaction Solutions (CIS) magazine bestows its MVP Quality Award to companies, which demonstrated the utmost commitment to quality, excellence and customer service.

Deloitte Technology Fast 50 India program - 2009,2008,2006,2005 in India & Asia 

Intelenet was recognised in the 5th Deloitte Technology Fast 50 India 2009 program for the second year in a row, thereby achieving a benchmark of success and further establishing Intelenet's corporate credibility. Erstwhile, Intelenet was listed in India as well Asia rankings, conducted in 2006 and 2005
The Deloitte Technology Fast 50 India program is an annual exercise conducted by Deloitte to recognize the fastest growing and dynamic technology companies in India, based on their percentage revenue growth over the past financial years.

DQ -IDC BPO E-Sat Survey 2009

Intelenet has been ranked in the 9th position in the DQ-IDC E-Sat survey 2009.

The survey conducted by Dataquest was based on basis various parameters for which BPO companies ranked, some of them being satisfaction quotient  recruitment dossier. The survey highlighted the quality of training programs undertaken by Intelenet.

Dataquest Top 20 2009

Intelenet was ranked # 15 in the Dataquest Top 20 BPO companies in 2009, basis a modest growth in the annual fiscal revenue in 2008 –2009

The Dataquest Top 20survey tracks the BPO industry performance for each fiscal year.

ET- Great Places to Work Survey 2009,2008

Year 2009 witnessed Intelenet’s recognition in the top 50 best work places in Great Places to Work Survey 2009 for the second time in a row. In 2008, Intelenet was ranked #2nd in the Best Workplaces for large Organisations category and the Industry wise Best Work Places list, whilst the others being from the IT industry

The survey was conducted based on best practices and employee feedback by the Great Place to Work® Institute, India, in partnership with The Economic Times to identify the Best Workplaces amongst the great places to work.
 

Hewitt Best Employers in India 2009, 2008 

Intelenet has been ranked amongst the Top 25 Employers in India as part of the Best Employers in India Study for 2009 conducted by Hewitt Associates in partnership with Outlook Business, a leading business magazine in India. Intelenet was also recognised as the Hewitt Best Employer in Asia 2009.

Hewitt Associates, now in its sixth year in India, involved surveying the participating organisations using three instruments -

  • Employee Opinion Survey - to gauge the level of employee engagement and gather information on employee perceptions of their work environment,
  • People Practices Inventory™  - to gather information about philosophies, practices and policies that influence the management of people and
  • CEO questionnaire - to understand the CEO's people strategy approach

The survey witnessed participation from over 250 organisations.

2009 Global Services 100

Intelenet was acknowledged in the 2009 Global Services 100 Survey list. Intelenet was also recognised in the Best Performers: Contact Center category, surpassing some of the big names in the industry.

 Global Services 100 honoured global companies that demonstrate leadership, innovation and outstanding performance in information technology outsourcing (ITO) and business process outsourcing (BPO).

CIO 100 Symposium and Awards 2008, 2007

Intelenet’s demonstration of innovative and customised technological solutions earned us recognition at CIO 100 Symposium and Awards 2008 for the second consecutive year. CIO magazines Bold 100 theme saluted Intelenet for the Special Initiative in Security Solution and honoured Rajendra Deshpande-CIO, Intelenet Global Services for representing the most successful innovative, risk taking technology department. In 2007, Intelenet was chosen as part of ‘The Innovative 100’ at the 2nd Annual CIO Awards.

ContactCenter World.com, 2008

Intelenet won ‘Silver’ in the ‘Best Contact Centre – Large Size’ category at the Contact Centre World Awards 2008 – Asia Pacific organized by Contactcentreworld.com.

The Contacenterworld.com awards are give to organisations which focuses on staff at all levels, demonstrate a commitment to the customer, and ensure that the performance and objectives of the Contact Center are in line with the organization's goals.

Dataquest Domestic Call Centre Survey 2008

Intelenet ranked #1 in Dataquest Domestic Contact Centre Survey 2008, a first of its kind study of the domestic call center industry conducted by Dataquest, the leading IT industry magazine in India.

The survey was based on a detailed study of the captive as well as third party call centres.

CIS Top 50 Tele services Agencies Awards 2008,2007

Intelenet took top spot in the CIS Top 50 Tele services Agencies Rankings conducted by CIS magazine for 2008, basis the total inbound and outbound billable minutes for all International and domestic processes. In year 2007, Intelenet became the first Indian BPO to be ranked among the Top 10 Tele services Agencies.
CIS Top 50 Tele services Agencies Rankings recognises the top 50 inbound and outbound teleservices agencies, both in the US and international markets.

National Outsourcing Association – NOA Awards 2007

Intelenet was recognised at NOA Awards 2007 in the ‘BPO Project of the Year’ category for its innovation in a banking process for a UK based premier financial services group.
NOA Awards is an annual award by National Outsourcing Association, the UK’s only outsourcing trade association

NASSCOM Top 100 IT innovators, 2007

Intelenet was judged one of the Top 100 IT innovators 2007 by Nasscom which showcases Innovative companies profiles some of the large, medium and small organizations that have made innovation an important part of their growth strategies.
